Utilizing this hub would definitely decrease the shipping congestion that we are seeing now. This hub would reduce shipping time for a typical Asia-Vancouver-Seattle/Tacoma by 3-4 days which is huge in the transport business. I think this is a fantastic idea creating jobs,  and also relieving the congestion in Vancouver, the downfall of this would be the reduction of over the road shipments.
